You wake up.
The driveway's already clear.
Ottawa winters don't negotiate. Snow lands overnight, the city plow buries the end of your driveway on its way past, and your morning is gone before it starts. We're on standby all winter so that stops being your problem.
Nov 1 – Apr 30 · Orleans only · Seasonal or one-time
You don't have to call us.
Every snowfall of 5cm (2 inches) or more triggers a dispatch, automatically. No phone call, no request, no checking whether it counts. If it snowed enough to matter, we're already coming.
And when a big storm is on the way, we text you our plan before it hits — so you know what to expect. On a prolonged storm you'll get updates as it goes.
What we clear
Take the driveway alone, or the whole property. Your call.
5cm dispatch
Driveway Clearing
The core service. Fast, reliable clearing that keeps your driveway safe and usable all winter.
We use a snow blower, not a plow. It's built for residential driveways — it doesn't scrape your asphalt, doesn't shove a wall of snow into your garage door, and doesn't need a truck-sized turning circle.
After every storm
City Plow Ridge Removal
The genuinely infuriating one. You clear your driveway, the city plow goes past, and a wall of compacted snow and ice appears across the end of it.
We clear the ridge, so the driveway you paid to have cleared is actually one you can drive out of.
Add-on
Walkway & Sidewalk Shovelling
We shovel a clear path to your front door, plus any walkways and entrances, so nobody's picking their way up an icy path in the dark.
Walkways are an additional fee on top of driveway clearing. Add them when you book.
Add-on
Salting & De-Icing
Clearing the snow isn't the same as making it safe. What's underneath refreezes overnight, and that's what people actually fall on.
Salt and ice-melt applied to driveways, stairs, and walkways.
Add-on
Car Cleaning
A cleared driveway doesn't help much if you're still standing in the cold scraping the car.
We clear built-up snow and ice off your vehicle too — particularly worth it after a heavy overnight storm or a plow run.
Seasonal Contracts & One-Time Clears
Seasonal — locked in for the whole winter. Every 5cm+ snowfall, automatically, without you thinking about it once.
One-time — a single clear after a big storm, or when you're away and can't get to it.
Available to homeowners, property managers, and businesses.
Real Ottawa driveways
Same night, same storm.
How pricing works
Priced on your driveway, not on a guess.
Single driveway
Fits one car comfortably.
QuotedDouble driveway
Two cars side by side.
QuotedTriple & larger
Wide, extended, or multi-vehicle.
QuotedSized by width & car capacity
We size your driveway by its width and how many cars it comfortably fits. That's the number your price is built on.
Walkways cost extra
Driveway clearing is the base service. Walkways, sidewalks, salting, and car cleaning are add-ons — take them or leave them.
Seasonal or one-time
Lock in the whole winter, or book a single clear after a storm. No pressure either way.
Snow season: November 1 – April 30
Six months of standby. From the first real dump in November through the miserable late-March storms nobody plans for, we're dispatched on every 5cm+ snowfall.
Currently Orleans only. Snow removal is a tighter service area than scooping — a snow route only works if it's dense. If you're outside Orleans, ask anyway and we'll tell you honestly.
Why us and not a plow contractor?
We're small. On a snow route, that's the whole point.
A snow blower, not a plow truck
Plows scrape asphalt, pile snow against garage doors, and need room to manoeuvre. A residential snow blower doesn't.
Automatic dispatch at 5cm
You never call, never request, never wonder if it qualifies. It snowed enough, we're coming.
We tell you before the storm
Big system coming? You get a text with our plan, plus updates through a long storm. Most contractors go silent exactly when you need them.
Leave your car where it is
No need to move it. We work around it — though if you're home and can shift it, you'll get a cleaner job.
Path to the front door
Not just the driveway. We'll shovel you a clear way in, so nobody's wading through a drift with groceries.
Same crew, all year
We scoop your yard the rest of the year. You already know who's showing up, and we already know your property.
Snow removal questions
The winter-specific ones. Our full FAQ is here →
When do you actually come out?
Every snowfall of 5cm (2 inches) or more.
It's an automatic dispatch. You don't call us, don't request it, and don't have to judge whether it counts. If enough snow fell, we're on the way.
How do I know you're coming during a big storm?
When a significant storm is approaching, we text you our service plan before it hits, so you know exactly what to expect.
On a long, drawn-out storm, we'll send updates as it develops. You're never left guessing whether anyone's coming.
Do you use a plow or a snow blower?
A snow blower, purpose-built for residential snow removal.
It's the right tool for a driveway. Plow trucks are built for parking lots — on a residential drive they scrape the surface, need room to swing, and tend to leave a pile exactly where you don't want one.
Can I leave my car in the driveway?
Yes. Leave it where it is — we'll work around it.
That said, if you happen to be home while we're clearing, moving it out of the way lets us do a noticeably cleaner job. Entirely up to you.
How is my driveway sized for pricing?
By its width and the number of cars it comfortably fits — single, double, triple, or larger.
Driveway clearing is the base service. Walkways, salting, and car cleaning are add-ons. Send us your address and we'll come back with a firm number.
Do you clear walkways too?
Yes — for an additional fee. We'll clear your walkways, sidewalks, and a path to the front door.
Worth adding if you have guests, deliveries, or a dog that still needs to get outside on service days.
When does the season start and end?
November 1 to April 30. Six months of standby, covering everything from the first real snowfall to the late-season storms nobody expects.
What areas do you service?
Snow removal is currently Orleans only.
It's a much tighter area than our scooping service, because a snow route only works when it's dense enough to clear everyone before morning. If you're outside Orleans, ask anyway — we'll give you a straight answer.
Book before the first real snow.
Snow routes fill up, and they fill up fastest the week everyone realizes winter arrived. Get your quote now and be on the list before the first storm.
