My neighbourhood isn't listed. Can you still come?

Sometimes. Our routes are built around clusters of homes, so if you're just outside a listed area it often still works. Send us your address and we'll give you a straight yes or no.

Do you offer snow removal everywhere?

Snow removal is currently offered in Orleans. Poop scooping, lawn mowing and odour removal are available across every neighbourhood on this page. If you want snow service elsewhere, let us know — we expand where the demand is.

What do you do with the waste after you scoop?

We bag it and place it in your trash can, or set it neatly outside your garage. We do not haul waste away. It stays on your property in your own bin.

Do I need to be home when you come?

No. We just need easy access to your gate. When we're done, we text you a photo of where we left the waste and your closed gate, so you have a record of every visit.

What day will you scoop, and will I know you're coming?

Your scoop day is the same day every week. We can't lock in an exact time — routes run from about 7am to dark and get optimized daily, which is what keeps rates low. You'll get a text 5 to 30 minutes before we pull up.

Do you scoop in the winter?

Yes, in every neighbourhood on this page, all year. Even with snow on the ground, most accumulated waste is still scoopable. Just keep the gate free of snow and ice.
